Our passion is guiding our clients towards a healthier lifestyle. Like most people's fitness journeys, our's started from square one. Athletes from a young age, we traded team competition in for a personal one, striving to be the best versions of ourselves. Experiencing the ups and downs while learning the dos and don'ts firsthand, in our own journey, has allowed us to put ourselves in our clients' shoes much more effectively.
Laura's degree is in Exercise Science from the University of Memphis, where she also played D1 Softball. She is a CPT with a strong nutrition background, and a passion for health and fitness. She has spent the last five years in the physique competition world, competing at numerous shows and reaching the National level, and also coaching girls herself.
Sean has a Master's degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Florida, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the NSCA. He was also a collegiate athlete, playing football and running track and field at Rhodes College. He is passionate about helping his clients understand the why and the how rather than simply what to do.

The overall purpose of our programming, whether in person or online, is to educate you, regardless of age or training status, on the fundamentals of moving, eating, and living well, taking care of the body as a whole, and mitigating injuries.
